They take 49 (Konto gebyr) every month for doing nothing, even my bank or any bank does not take this much for holding an account. This company aught to be closed. I never upgraded my account they did it automatically, with this company you will never finish paying bills. I have discussed this issue with your colleague and they did nothing. solution they said was only to pay all the amount at once to be free this it. I did pay all the amount and closed my account. Until this day, I do not think your company work honestly. I have expressed my displeasure here and on trustpilot which you can also get there for reference. I believe my details are still in your system and you can look at it and get back to me directly.

Basically loan sharks. Hidden fees, unclear in communications. '0 DKK in additional fees" then find out that they've slapped on 1000 DKK on a 999 DKK order. Scummy little scam artists. Avoid.

This is my first time using Via Bill and I hope not to have any problems with them like I see from the other comments which looks very bad. In order to get good reviews you have to take care of the people and do right by the people including your employees. If my merchant trusts to have you on their website then I have to have trust in them because of my other shopping experiences.

Trying to purchase via ViaBill and, despite contacting their customer service for over 72 hours ago, nothing heard from them. The whole process seems rather much a scam thus far. They are fishing for creditcard details hoping to tie people into binding monthly agreements without any transparency. For example, when trying to check out of a ViaBill supported website they request all your creditcard details / personal details BEFORE any mention of fees or monthly payments. That is in itself a scam!
