KB is in the process of re-shingling my townhouse roof via our condo property management company. Workers prepped the back half of my unit on Friday 15Jan21, and you can see the results of that work in the attached pics of the interior of my attic taken the next morning, after the rain we had overnight. The interior side of the roof was completely saturated and I had water leaking into my guest room. On 22Jan21 two of the same three workers returned to do the shingling of the back half of the roof. I leave it to you to decide for yourselves whether you want to hire this company.

Would highly recommend KB homes I had a dormer installed in my home and it looks better than I expected both inside and out thanks to Joe and his professionalism and his excellent team from the quick quote and timely construction they will not disappoint. What a great team this company has. They are very courteous and polite and incredibly helpful, not only on time but early, cleaned up well and then some, and my new roof looks fantastic. I’ll definitely be keeping them on MY team!
We had our house re model with a support beam install for an open concept. Barry and his team did a phenomenal job . They executed the work following the engineer drawing and left the place clean and organized. Joe gave us an exact quote, he charged us what he quoted us. Their work was incredible, they know what they are doing.
