Rented a mini excavator today and as soon as i took it off of trailer I noticed one side drove kind of rough. But figured nothing was wrong since they loaded it up. Then after running it for 30 mins the track tore. I called them and they came out and helped me load it up and agreed that it was not my fault. But still charged me 560 for a new track on top of the rental fee. I will never rent here again. If Gerkin does not have what I need then ill just wait.
Its a good place to rent things
I went in to ask about renting a mini excavator and was preached to about how if I scratch it I own it. It’s a machine!
