I had used them prior for my AC unit and they resolved the issue quickly at a very reasonable price, instead of trying to sell me a new one. Today they juggled their schedule to come quickly to fix a heat problem, which I solved literally as they were pulling into the driveway. They insisted on no payment for their time/drive and just offered their services again if I need them. Clearly they are honest and reputable and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. They've been in a business a long time for a reason.....
