Mr. Young is one of the most honest and sincere care mechanic I have seen. I went to him with a major engine failure, and the quote I received from him was exactly half the one I received from another Pep Boys. He did a solid job, and from the way he speaks you know he genuinely cares about the car - a rarity now a days.
