Granddaughter birthday weekend. Late request to me (Grandpa) to create a tree mounted swing. Went to K&D and described what I needed. He brainstormed with me for 20 minutes. Great ideas! Quoted a week time and reasonable price. The next day he called to tell me it was ready to pick up! (As agreed I wanted to clean and paint it myself.) It was exactly what I wanted, with improvements! Kevin was great to talk to and work with. Perfect fit for the tree. Thank you, sir!

I took a piece for my snow plow to have welded dropped it off one afternoon and got a call the next day to pick it up. He does good work. It was a reasonable priced.
Great place to take you welding needs. Kevin is experienced and skilled with all the equipment you would need. He repaired the tubing on my pool heater in one afternoon and I had it back in business the next morning. Great turn around time and the price was best of the three places I looked. Will definitely use him again for the next repairs I need done.
I took my broken log splitter to Kevin @ K&D Welding/Fabricators in Dorr, MI for repair. It needed a new back plate welded onto the I-beam after the old broken back plate was removed. Kevin looked at the job, stated what was needed to be done to complete the job and I had the reasonably priced repaired splitter back in no time. It is now stronger and better than when it was new. A true professional and very knowledgeable in his business, I would highly recommend K&D for any needed welding and /or fabricating projects. I have an aluminum trailer that broke several welds. Kevin checked over the entire trailer. He ground out the broken welds, put down new welds and reinforced other welds that had poor penetration. I was very impressed with attention to detail. He went above and beyond to make sure the trailer lasts a long time. Kevin was easy to work with and flexible. I would recommend him for welding or fabrication.
