Karen runs a very slick operation and communicates brilliantly. We have a regular cleaner but when we, or they need to change a date then the alternative cleaner Karen provides is always of the same high standard.

Very disappointing. I asked Karen to clean my private residence - one person for 5 hours or 2 people for 3 hours. She charged 84.00. After 4.5 hours Karen suggested I would need to pay for an additional hour to clean my bathroom. The cleaner provided had only cleaned the kitchen and mopped the downstairs laminate floors. The cleaner provided said it was too much work for one person and two people could have completed a deeper then normal clean of an average size 3 bedroom house in 3 hours. Karens excuse was that the cleaner cleaned the 5 kitchen draws which I do ever week and oven which was not cleaned. Karen also refused to come and look at the work that has been undertaken, extremely disappointed! KAREN YOU ASKED ME TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR TO CLEAN THE BATHROOM! NOW YOU ARE BEING DISHONEST UNTRUSTWORTHY, PLEASE BE AWARE!!!
