Kevin Melia built a fantastic extension to my house. Both my wife and I love the extension and the quality of the work. It was built in a very quick time with minimal disruption and to a very high standard. He and his team were both friendly and courteous, so much so that I bought them all some drinks as a token of my appreciation for their hard work and commitment. I also recommended them to my brother in law who also hired Kevin and was delighted with the job they carried out. My advice is if you’re needing a job done then look no further than Kevin. He will do a first rate job on time with minimal disruption. He even brings his own portaloo so that his team don’t need to intrude and use your toilet.
Had my garage converted by Kevin and his team and I’m blown away with the great quality of workmanship. The standard of finish is impeccable and the price was very competitive. The boys cleaned up after themselves every day and even done a couple of extra wee jobs I asked them - nothing was any bother. I honestly can’t recommend him high enough and would invite anyone into my house to see the great job that’s been done.
Kevin and his team recently completed an extension for us and we are absolutely delighted with it. From the start Kevin was very knowledgeable, and helpful regarding pricing the job, working with the architect, and structural engineer, and making suggestions for improvements to the build. He project managed the entire build taking a huge pressure of us, organising all of the trades; he was honest and straight forward regarding costs and working to the budget. All of the men working on the build were highly professional, skilled, polite, conscientious, and tidy. The standard of finish and quality of workmanship is excellent. Kevin was so well organised that he started our build early and finished it before the planned time. I can honestly say that we are so delighted to have managed to get Kevin and his team to do our build, the extension they have created has completely changed how we live in our house and use our garden. We are very pleased to highly recommend Kevin Melia and his team.

They fitted our kitchen last year to a high standard and they have also just completed a single garage convertion into a tv room also to a very high standard. The guys who work with Kevin are very respectful of your property and also very hard working and also very tidy and clean up after themselves and his prices are the very competitve
The guy that owns this company is a joke of a boy he is arrogant and vile will be nice to your face but will leave asbestos in your house for you and your kids to breath in. The way he Treats his workers is disgusting! He doesn't know the meaning of the word loyalty or respect DO NOT HIRE HIM!! Will charge you a fortune and will always cut corners and use old tacky building materials from previous jobs!
