Great accomodation but limited facilities other than pool
Stayed at this park 2-7 Feb. for rest after a loss in the family - The park is new and it partially being built- But when we arrived- it was one giant construction site- Upon check in we were told that we would not have any problems with sounds, but yet- our bungalow is against the fence where the construction workers parked each morning. So at 6;30 every morning we were awake, despite coming for rest. We addressed this with the park and they apologized but that was it. There were also cleaning issues involving dust etc. Which they offered to correct but it wasn’t major, so we declined & as the week went along we could see it hadn’t been cleaned under beds and such in a while (and was later told that there were issues with cleaning manager leaving and a new one starting). I am a HUGE fan of Landal parks and stay several times a year. We contacted Landal and filed a complaint & even though I am not fully satisfied how it was handled, I can’t change that. I am certain that once this park is finished- it will be stunning, but this is not the service I’m used to with Landal. If you are planning to book this park- my advice is to call them directly and find out exactly how far the construction is- because at times getting in and out of the park and even our parking spot was hard with equipment. It’s convenient to Efteling for families but I do not recommend it for rest in the off season or any season as long as they are building. I still love Landal parks though as they usually go above and beyond- only this one fell short on many levels.
Geweldig park!! Lieve meedenkende dames bij de receptie!! Prachtige huizen met alles erop en eraan. Alles schoon en hele fijne bedden. Wij hadden een huis met sauna, sunshower en bad. Echt heel fijn met twee kinderen. Je bent zo in de duinen. Heerlijke wandelingen kunnen maken en gewoon echt een mooie omgeving. Veel restaurants kan je bestellen en komen ze het bij je huis brengen. Komen hier zeker nog eens terug!!
4Luxe huisje nr 509 Nieuw dus alles lekker fris en nieuw. Smaakvol ingericht naar de normen en trends van deze tijd. Goede keukenapparatuur Leuke gaskachel. Sauna waar je met 2 personen in kan. 2 badkamers waarvan 1 met ligbad, aparte douche en de sauna. In de andere ensuite badkamer op de begane grond een sunshower. Bedden prima.. slaapkamer boven erg ruim. Lokatie park is ideaal want je kan wandelen direct in de natuur. Plek voor 1 auto bij het huisje. Zeker een aanrader en blij dat wij hier een week mogen genieten.
Mooi nieuw huisje met sauna. Leuke omgeving om te wandelen met de hond.
