Been living in Austin for 2 years now and kadirnet has been great. One time I had an issue with wired connection, they sent an agent to work on it within 2 days. Also their helpline is responsive and technician was helpful. Satisfied with the experience.

I have been working w this company for several years now and have only had EXCELLENT service from them. They are responsive, not just sometimes, but EVERY time. There was a significant outage in a large area of Austin yesterday due to a construction company cutting some lines. Getting us back up and running took lots of coordination and communication on their end. I was contacted by Johnny (from their Support Team) who called to notify me of the issue (before I even had a chance to call them!). I was then immediately contacted by Alvion (one of their techs) who kept me posted until late in the evening and then immediately started following up w me the next morning to keep me advised of the status. There were multiple times he could have passed me off to someone else - but he never did - even when his part of the repair had been completed and resolved. Alvion definitely went above and beyond and the help he provided not to mention his amazing attitude is something I wish we had a lot more of in the world. Really top notch and much appreciated!

The apartment complex forces you to pay for internet (it’s bundled into the water/trash bill), except the internet quality is awful. We had issues for a year when trying to use streaming services (Netflix, Prime, etc), they finally upgraded the on-site modems, only now the internet goes out every time there’s a heavy rain storm and it usually takes a day or more for them to fix it. Their website isn’t very user friendly either, making it almost impossible to file a service ticket.

Switching to this company was one of the best decisions I've made! I'm able to download movies in half the time and it is miles cheaper than AT&T. I've seen so many reviews talk about loss of internet but I haven't had any loss in connection. Even when I'm watching Netflix in the living room and my roommate is playing Call of Duty, seamless streaming the whole night. Do yourself a favor and call them!

Literally the worst ISP ever. Service CONSTANTLY disconnects and their technicians have no clue how to fix it. 0/10
