Worst company to deal with ever Worst company to deal with ever. (Unbeleivable Avoid for your own sanity) Day 1 brought the wrong coloured machine. Said that's all he had that did the hot and cold function so he'd give me that and when going past the next week he'd swap it for what I asked for Never happened. Never deliver when they said they will. Will attempt deliveries on days your not open even though you given them your open hours. Will leave deliveries out on the street. Will charge you for sanitation that you have never recieved. When signed up was told there was no penalties for exiting contract after term. Tried to end contract after term they wanted to charge 120 to pick the machine up which is the equivalent of well over a years machine rental. Seemingly uncontactable. You phone get though to \some one\ they say they will raise a query and someone will get back to you. They never do. Just send a amended bill or a bill with added charges. You raise another query for that charge same thing happens. Continuous cycle.... never actually get a responce or answer just computer generated bills. I haven't received water or sanitation or any services for over too years know just bills for products and services I haven't received. Gave up a long time ago. As you can't contact anyone that can do anything just collecting late fees. Tried cancelling contract due to breach on there part last year just been ignored. Sent emails to sales department for forwarding as their contactable. Unlike customer services. Have asked to settle and end contract with out the excess charges due to autonomous billing. With no reply. So just keep getting payment reminders and bills Genuine ongoing very unhappy customer. For validation purposes eden customer number 616768

We recently had a Kafevend Flavia machine installed at our office in Southampton. I was impressed with how quickly the whole thing happened (machine was delivered and installed within 5-days of me agreeing to it - even over the Christmas period). So far we are extremely impressed with the machine - the range of drinks is good, it looks good in the office - and it's all a great deal quicker, more convenient and neater than the old tin of teabags, coffee and kettle we used to use. Highly recommended.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. After a 2 week trial, where the sales guy pestered myself and my staff on a daily basis, coming into our studio during classes and disrupting our customer's sessions to ask if we would take up a contract, I eventually agreed after he gave a very hard sell. We had the water cooler in our reception for over a month with no delivery of water bottles or cups. This was set up at the start of October 2017, and now in January 2018, we have not had our regular deliveries at all. We went for 6 weeks since the start of the contract with no water. We have a pointless, empty water cooler sitting in the reception area. My PA has complained to them on a weekly basis, and we have been given promise after promise of delivery, but nothing happens. We then told them in December that we were fed up and wanted to cancel the contract as they were in breach of it. They then sent out some free water bottles, but no cups, and a week later than they promised. We asked again to cancel the contract, and they said we had to wait until January 5th for them to come to collect the cooler and bottles. It's now January 12th and it's still here. This company is beyond incompetent, and we are reporting to Trading Standards. They keep sending us invoices, and we refuse to pay for a service we have not received. Avoid!!! You'd be better off buying your water cooler and bottles yourself off Amazon.
