Appalled. They do not properly clean up after dogs they walk. Witnessed two employees with company shirts let a leashed dog they had, poop on Kailua beach today. They did not pick it up. I watched it repeatedly come back onto the beach with the surf, they could have easily taken care of it, but they continued to walk on. Additionally, the dishonesty of the business's response is offputting. I really don't want to get into semantics, my review is meant to bring awareness to the business's lack of action/attempt to remove pet waste at a public beach, to which was admitted.

I have used got poo's service for the past two years and highly recommend it! Always responsible, dogs are in better shape than when I walk them! Ali does a wonderful job, I highly, highly recommend it!
