Too bad this site doesn't give 10 stars as an option. Leon was referred to me by a new property manager. for our home in Kailua. Upon meeting him I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about as he pointed out issues and how they needed to be resolved with his workers. I just watched and listened. Leon and his crew are professional, courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable on all aspects of renovation. I have already referred him to others and would not hesitate to do so again......any time. If I need further work, he will be the first person I call. Should also mention that every day when he left, the house was neat and tidy. Do not hesitate to call him. Thanks Leon!!!!

Leon's company GroundUp Pacific Construction was referred to me when I needed to have my roof repaired on the Hawaii house. He did an amazing job with the woodwork... fascia and ship lap and also took care of the drip edge and silicone coating. He's very professional and has very good character and is easy to deal with. I highly recommend him.
Unfortunately I had some water damage in my home. I hired another company to do the repairs however they fell through. On a recommendation I went with Ground Up. Best advise I've ever received for home improvement / repair. On a last minute notice these gentlemen fit me in. Their communication, professionalism, knowledge and expertise are beyond compare! Big Thank You to Mr Leon and his crew. They are truly professional. I Highly recommend these guys.
We had the unfortunate task of having to renovate a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment belonging to a deceased family member earlier this year. We live on the East Coast of the United States and had to complete the renovation remotely. Leon Botelho was introduced to us by neighbors of our deceased family member and our experience with him was nothing short of incredible. He was responsive to emails, kept us in the loop on progress, shared pictures of the progress being made, was reasonable with costs and most importantly...honest and trustworthy. A great amount of trust was involved given our geographic location and are inability to be in Hawaii to oversee the renovations. Leon was fantastic and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest Contractor who does exceptional work. This was a tough situation for our family and Leon made the whole experience easy for us and we are forever grateful. Jason Stevens and Family.
