As rental owners we could not be happier with the service and professionalism shown by the IPM staff. The do a great job screening prospective renters and have kept our units rented for the long term. I especially like the online accounting system which makes my job a lot easier. They are quick to respond to our renters concerns making it possible for us to make timely repairs.

IPM is the Best property management company in Hawaii! They really help Renters in offering homes for rent that are very affordable and fair in todays market. Aloha, I live next to a property managed by this company and the hazard a coconut tree presents to my property is great. The coconuts grow over our property and fall in our driveway and on the side yard. They not only can hit our cars but I have tripped and today one larger one almost fell on my head. I call to complain but it seems they don't care until my husband and I both call. This is unacceptable!
I have had nothing but a positive experience working with Jeremy and the other staff members at IPM Oahu. I leased an apartment through them for a little over a year and they were always wonderful, prompt, kind, approachable, understanding, and helpful, even after ending the lease and looking for a new place to live. Jeremy has been thorough and exceptional to work with. If you are looking for a great place to live, and awesome people to work with through the process, IPM Oahu is the reality company to go through. You won't be disappointed.
This was the best company with the best people that we have ever used. I am so thankful I found IPM! They saved us in so many ways. We were so stressed with our old manger and them not taking care of our property or our problems. IPM took the stress off of us, took care of everything and took amazing care of our beautiful home. We LOVED renting through IPM. Our property managers, Jeremy and Sandra, were professional, yet friendly and understanding. We were treated with respect and were always given the benefit of the doubt. Gary was always prompt in dealing with our numerous maintenance requests, and Lessie handled all of our office needs efficiently. This is the best property management company on Oahu. You will not regret renting through IPM. Mahalo nui to you all!
Lost money with this company. And nothing to show for it!! Got maybe one or two full checks for rent. Everytime there were deductions for this or that. Big money, not little charges. Had them for about a year, very disappointed. Had switched from a previous company that we had for a few years. That company became slow to respond to requests, etc so we switched. BIG MISTAKE. Our tennants were unhappy as well, which is our primary concern. They hated the "online response" system that was in place. Very inconvenient for them. They were getting emails saying thank you, before the job was even done. Our tennant described their maintenance department as quote "shady". There were never any work orders signed, and a lot of work we were charged for wasn't even done!! The "landscaper" butchered our back yard. Cut what he shouldn't have, left what he should've cut! Our tennants liked the previous property manager better. The overcharges for work were slightly addressed, more danced around. We were issued a refund for a double charge. But thank goodness we had a relationship with our tennants, so they could show us and tell us what was or wasn't done. We didn't have to go on "trust". My advise to all property owners, reach out to your tennants so you don't get screwed in the end! Have your neighbors keep an eye out. Sandra is a very nice person, we were just sorely displeased with our overall experience and most importantly the cost to work with this company. A lot of these "reviews" from "a Google user" seem obviously fake. Sad really. Very pleased with our new property manager and already seeing a profit! Sorry IPM, hope you can respect my honest review!
