I started seeing Dr Canyon when she was assigned to me through my plan. She is such a wonderful, caring, thoughtful, takes the time, holistic, intelligent physician that I am making sure as I switch plans that I am able to keep her as my physician. I also recommended her to one family member who started seeing her and recommended her to another! We all are seeing Dr Canyon.

The two old reviews concern Dr Kimberly and an old secretary. There has been new management, new doctors and a new receptionist since 2016. They are caring, helpful, thorough and very good with broad experience. Totally recommend them!

Have used Dr. Kimbrell a couple times and I like him but his visits are very bi-polar hence the three rating. I think he is a good competent doctor and takes care of his patients but his mannerism and cavalier attitude leave one to wonder if he is quack. I know he isn't but you leave his office wondering this. Still if you need a solid primary care physician Dr. Kimbrell would make a good choice; there are def better and def worse doctors but I am pretty happy with adequate and competent.

This doctor was fine when I went to see him, even helpful, but when out of town and needing help, his secretary was very rude, condescending, and wouldn't let me speak with him or even leave him a message to call me. She said he probably won't call me back because "he's very busy". I was surprised by their lack of help and got upset, having spoken with the doctor before I left. I had been concerned that I wouldn't be able to have access to healthcare while away from home and he and I had spoken about it before I left, he assured me he'd take care of me. When I told her I would be leaving a negative review on the internet, the doctor did call me back, but HE was then very rude to me, after my negative interaction with his secretary and having heard her skewed side of it. I have rarely ever left negative reviews on anyone, but this one really needed to be shared. If you are looking for a reliable doctor, whom you can depend upon for answers, prescriptions, or even the ability to touch base with, look elsewhere. No help, and no apologies. Very disappointed.
