Remax Kailani has a turn over rate in their office that makes you wonder what the heck is going on there. I have had Remax manage 3 properties for me over they years, and I can't say they were good or recommend them in any way. My complaint is not only the rate at which employees come and go in their office, but their lack of communication, excessive fees, and what I believe to be questionable book-keeping. I just wanted to make my input public so that people are aware and shop around. It's no wonder Yelp has also given them a 1 star. I think I was generous by giving them 2.
