On today's date 1/13/21 at 12:45 Our service was shameful. The server lady was rude she made our sandwich sloppily that it all fell apart might as well chop it all up and call it a subway salad and eat off of a plate. This franchise is not run well at all.

I visited this store Sunday morning and was treated very badly by the lone employee who spoke to me like I was bothering her. I chose a sandwich and she snapped back what kind of bread did I want. I said 12 grain which is what I order at the kaneohe sub. She kept saying rudely white or wheat while glaring at me. At this point I told her I didn't deserve to be spoken to like that and said forget it. If the manager wants to know why business is so bad this employee is worse than the pandemic

This location is wrong in the map!! This is the best Subway in Kailua hands down. Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, friendly staff. I had 5 foot longs and the guy behind be only had a 6 inch. They asked if it was ok he go ahead of me. Of course! But it was so nice to be asked; I don't think I would have asked lol.
Awesome they took my order over the phone. It helped me a lot. Awesome service
My mother inlaw told me to go here because the owner is nice & so is the staff. When they make their sandwiches, it looks like the picture and they don’t skimp on the veggies, so that’s GREAT! I like that about the Kailua subway. You get what you pay for.
