Even though I visited here once today, me and my mother ate here today and I had a double burger plain and it was very good! My mother had a different burger but she enjoyed it as well. It's rather expensive but rewarding, I'd say it takes about 5-7 minutes for the food but I would recommend it to anyone!

I really wanted this to be amazing. I bit into the burger and it was raw :-( . The fries were great steak fries and if the burger had been cooked, I would have enjoyed it.

Great food but it's pricey and slow. The milkshakes are hit or miss, but don't get the malt in them unless you LOVE malt because they put in a ton.

I generally like teddy's. This was probably my first time ordering from.this location though. Just be aware that their standard medium cooked burgers are more like a seared rare burger. Make sure you tell them exactly what you want.

We ordered two burgers, a Kaneohe burger wrapped in lettuce and a Volcano burger. The Kaneohe comes with garlic seasoning, bacon, cheddar and avocado. This is what was received. A burger with pickles, onions and a sliver of tomato. No bacon. No cheddar. No avocado. Not even any sauce or garlic seasoning. I did, however, receive a burger tucked away in a whole head of wilting lettuce. The other burger had a request of no onions, but extra pickles. They received a burger with onions and extra jalapenos. You can't tell me that a relatively quiet restaurant only serving take out, with at least four employees can't all manage to read and follow a simple order. Teddy's used to be our go to place when we were out running errands and wanted a quick, delicious meal on the go. Guess we'll be going somewhere else in the future.
