I first started following Kajal during lockdown when she held Facebook live tutorials showing how to make some delicious dishes. They were so easy to follow and delivered with such positivity and a smile! My family and I have been trying to follow a healthy diet by eating whole foods and reducing carbohydrates. As a vegetarian, I was struggling with finding good proteins so when I saw Kajal’s 21 day healthy food programme I felt I had to join it. I’m so glad I did! I have learnt so much from the programme during the 9 am live Q&A sessions, about health and various conditions, how to overcome and ‘be your own doctor’, what foods we should eat or not eat and why. These were filled with useful information to improve health and wellbeing. I learnt such a lot about how to use superfoods and powders to make some truly delicious and healthy dishes packed with goodness and flavour! My daughter was also inspired and also started using the ebook too. My husband and son have thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes we’ve made so far! Overall, the programme is not just about food but your health and well-being inside and out. Kajal and Paul are a great team and whilst I have not been able to join them for their 6 am prayer and meditation sessions, it has been inspiring and motivating to catch them later. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to make long lasting changes for a healthier lifestyle and improved wellbeing!

I joined the 21 day program and thorough enjoyed it. I am sad that it is coming to an end now. I would wake up early to enjoy the prayers and meditation and loved catching up with the videos. Kajal's recipes are so colourful, nutritious and flavourful. She brings in so many nutrients in normal day to day recipes. I have been following Kajal and tried several of her recipes and would totally recommend her to anyone who would like learn more about clean diet.
Kajal spreads fantastic informative knowledge of nutrition, health and wellness. She executes this information so well that we understand it with ease setting good vibes and sets us for the day. Her recipes are fantastic, fresh, delicious , healthy and nutritious. Her morning sessions are very educational ,and informative taking on the path of a wellbeing journey. My family including my grandchildren are totally converted to her healthy eating recipes. They look forward to what I will be cooking next. Have also enrolled for her Master mithai class. So thank you so much for taking us on this journey setting good standards for grandchildren as well. Thank you Paul for your meditation sessions in the morning too!!! Of course not forgetting prayers from Kajal with her beautiful voice, which we enjoyed immensely. Highly recommended for everyone to join Kajal and Paul on this fabulous journey. Thank you both.
I Love the way Kajal share the knowledge on food, with uniques recipes. I have been part of her 21 day programme, loving all the reipes creating by her. Attending that program gives a life changing for our family. She uses fresh organic ingredients making them healthier and creative keeping in mind all the different nutrients available in what we use. She also shares her knowledge about what is good and bad with some food to help your day to day life.Thank you Kajal.
