名鉄羽場駅から徒歩5〜6分、または名鉄鵜沼駅からふれあいバスで直行可能。 ココは市内松が丘、つつじが丘や羽場地区などの育児指導や住民の健康指導を行っている市の施設である。 館内1階には、住民票など取得可能な市役所の支所として機能している。 なお、無料駐車場が整備されている。

広すぎ狭過ぎずちょうどいいです。授乳スペースもあり、乳幼児と来やすいので時々お邪魔してます。おもちゃや絵本もかなり豊富にあり、新しい施設なので全体的に綺麗です。
