This is 2nd time visit very bad experience because staf no care about patient ,files missing and nursing team do some recomand people fast finish, no flow rules And covid 19 rules social distance no flowin. 1st visit: but reception is not good because i am going last time pasting health check-up 7am there no any receptionist , i am waiting almost 1 hours and i call land line no anyone answer my call . And this hospital provide some tests or health check-up very affordable price,but so many people not understand your providing testings names., my opinion appointing one person deep explain every test in telugu., I hope you understand my review.

Had an really nice experience. Nursing team and everyone working in here made sure that the patient and there family feel secure and comfortable. They maintain proper hygiene and they are available 24/7 for any kind of help. Even at night the nursing staff was always available.

Visited this hospital twice for master health checkup. Pros- Overall the experience was good. Hospital is located in a good area and well maintained. The process was quick and easy. We have consulted Dr. Prakash (ENT) and he treated with diligence. One of the best doctors I have seen so far. Doctors don't advice medicines and test unnecessarily. Improvements- Wait time is high unless you keep following up with the staff. Although the reports are prepared quickly they take a lot of time to bring them unless you ask.. patients should be treated on first come first serve basis instead of priortizing them randomly.
