Professional Staff and good facilities. Needs improvement when we compare VLCC with other states. Time of service is quite good but found less when compared to VLCC of M.P & Chattisgarh. This facility offers other wellness programs of as well.

Went to VLCC for haircut and facial. It's quite a nice experience. Very good hospitality and customer care. The haircut was excellent and the facial was refreshing and relaxing. Best services in kakinada.

The worst ever experience in life. I took my wife for waxing where they did a horrible job. The way they pealed off her skin, i took her to skin doctor the other day. They have ripped my wife top layer skin on her hands. The lady beauticians dont know the basics and act as professionals. Though we informed to centre manager, she didn't event respond after my conversation with her. VLCC should on-board their employees only after they get trained well. The amateur work has spoiled our impression on VLCC brand itself. I gave single star, because of their hospitality. NEVER VISIT VLCC KAKINADA. - indra
