Really nice customer service right when we walk in. They are always changing the scents and other offerings based on the season. We get coupons all the time and they are for good deals and free stuff. They also have products for men and things for the home, a great place to shop for gifts.

Everyone is so very helpful, but never pushy. They help you, but don't linger. There are always new scents to check out. They are extremely organized when it comes to keeping customers safe from COVID, too.

I used to love shopping at BBW but not now that they have joined the shady business club when it comes to there sales and coupons. If your sale goes until a specific date - then it should be for that WHOLE day-NOT A FEW HOURS OF IT!! Also, start using ink colors that are READABLE on your coupons and also make it clear on the FRONT of the coupon that the free item is for specific items only. Don't put it on the back in tiny print where you can't even see it and make us wast time shopping for something only to be told we can't get it and then have to hold up the line while we try to quickly grab something else. SO ANNOYING!
