To everyone saying they waited a long time.... it's the freakin EMERGENCY ROOM, people are dying and need to get treated before you, so hush up. My girlfriend came in with a broken arm and was taken back in less than 3 minutes. We had to wait a couple of hours to be taken into an actual room, but that didn't stop the staff from doing imaging, diagnosis, etc. from an available bed. The real highlight was how friendly and informative the staff was. Everyone made sure to constantly check-in with us about the status of treatment, what was going to happen next, if we had any questions, etc. I felt like we got better treatment here than at a local doctor's office. So, kudos to them. Maybe they are so packed because the staff is so friendly. The quality of doctors seemed to be really high too, which was assuring considering we were away from home (where medicine is top-notch.) 10/10 would emergency here again.

I had an emergency and the hospital took too long to respond and the nurse questioned my illness was serious. It was very unprofessional and my roommate and I waited for almost for 4 hours waiting.

The best person in the entire ER is Kerry B. In the pharmacy. We asked and asked for something, anything from the nurses to clean the dried and dripping blood off of moms face. When they said they didn't have anything to give us but the paper towel in the bathroom, Kerry stepped up and went to the back to get us some cloth to clean mom up with. Bathroom paper towel is not sanitary and should not be used on open wounds, people. Thank you to the PA Greg as well for giving Mom the medicine and care she desrately needed.

Was going to do a 5 star review, I had a bicycle accident where my shoulder was dislocated and 2 fractures in my nose, quite a bit of blood too. They popped my shoulder back in place, patched me up, and sent me on my way. Later to find out, I still have very limited range of motion in my shoulder and my scapula is shifted. They did not take xrays of the rest of my shoulder, and missed that my injuries were further. Now I'm jumping through doctors and clinics 6 weeks later to try to get this fixed to no avail.
