Very clean , with COVID 19 protocol in place. Wonderful experience here! The staff were extremely positive and kind. The food was absolutely delish! We came here for our birthday breakfasts and really enjoyed the experience. The huevos rancheros in their egg specialties is one of my favorites now. So fresh and warm. My husband loves the banana nut bread french toast. Uh-oh...This review is making me hungry...:)

First time visiting The Crow's Nest and incidentally it was the first day of re-opening of dine-in after the second lockdown. This place has a really cozy ambience with a nice view. The dine-in capacity is at 25% and therefore the place looks very spacious. We ordered the Banana bread french toast along with some scrambled eggs and potatoes. Everything tasted great and fresh. The banana bread french toast was really yummy with pecans, whip cream, cinnamon sauce. The portion size is really generous. Special shout out to our waitress Emma who provided excellent customer service. There is 20% gratuity automatically added to your bill because of which one doesn't needs to tip.But we feel like its more important than ever before to support our local restaurants and also give out tips to the staff. All social distancing and safety measures are being taken into measure. We are looking forward to going back again.
I have to say this is hands down the best breakfast! Portions are huge and food tastes amazing. Thank goodness Kzoo/MI has opened up, I really missed this place. Its not huge in the inside. On a busy day your looking at a wait, but enjoy the Fourth Coast Cafe down below while you wait.
My first experience dining in was great and service was excellent. Unfortunately, today I ordered curbside pick up at 10:50AM. Right now its over double the time they told me. We called and were told 45 minutes. When we arrived they said another 20-30 minutes, and when we came back later it still wasn’t ready. In fact its 12:30 PM right now and we’re still waiting. I understand that its busy and things can get hectic, but in the future I would appreciate much more honest wait times.
Absolute favorite location to have breakfast when visiting Kalamazoo. This restaurant seems to be navigating the best that they can during this Pandemic, and the quality and taste of the food we ordered did not disappoint. The summer scramble is top notch always, and the customer service on the phone was out of this world. Thank you Taylor! Being that Crow’s Nest is such a popular dining experience, Taylor respectfully placed me on hold twice, BUT she did not miss a beat. The order came out EXACTLY as expected. Such amazing service and food. Bravo guys and gals!
