Placed an order to pick up curbside via the website. Went through and had to select the store to pickup for every item placed. Then I get a notification that the shipment is being delivered. I needed everything right away. I go into the store. They were very helpful and said they would cancel the order. 6 days later and the order is delivered and I am charged AGAIN! I call the 800 #, someone in a foreign country answers. I tell them what happened and ask to speak to a manager, they hang up on me. I call back, someone in a foreign country answers AGAIN. I go through the entire story again, she says she will transfer me to someone who can help. She puts be back in the IVR. After holding AGAIN, I called the store directly and ask to speak to a manager. He is not empathetic at all. He pulls up the order, sees that it was cancelled, but proceeds to tell me they only canceled part of the shipment. He then, with no compassion or care for my time or the additional money I was charged, he is like you can bring it back in but that’s all we can do to help. IT IS YOUR FAULT. He didn’t even offer to have the shipment picked up Since the error was on their behalf. This is why so many stores are closing. One error after another but yet no one takes responsibility or even apologizes for the inconvenience. I am going to reach out to headquarters to see if they are as apathetic as this manager I spoke to at 4 today at this local store. TERRIBLE!!!!

I was looking for wireless speakers for my computer on-line and found one at your Kalamazoo location. After reviewing the description, I decided to go to the store and purchase two of them. When I arrived at the office, I opened the package and was surprised to see wires. I called the store and was told they don't have wireless speakers. You have to use a bluetooth. I explained the product description says they're wireless, he just said he would have to contact corporate about the description and sorry. I am highly disappointed and wouldn't of given them one star but it wouldnt let me leave a review without giving one.
I ordered for next day business deliver and I still have not received it 3 days later! This is the worse place to ever order for delivery. I have had packages left at the end of the driveway in the RAIN! I only went here as a last resort ....well I ended up driving to another store to get my items! NEVER AGAIN!
Great Place for your general office needs.
Cashiers were very friendly and they had some great back to school sales going on. I needed a yardstick and was able to purchase one here.
