Pennings and Sons built our house 30 years ago and we use them for all our remodeling projects. They are high quality builders and one of their special qualities is keeping the house as clean as possible during their project work. We have never had a bad experience with them. This last project was upgrading some windows in the house and it went extremely well. We positively recommend them to anyone.
We used Pennings to do a full-gut remodel of our kitchen. It was approximately a 2-month project that could not have gone better, despite the pandemic. Every step of the way, from design to execution to follow-up went flawlessly. We plan to remodel two bathrooms in a year or so, and we will definitely go back to Pennings. Not only is this company knowledgeable and professional, but they do most of the work in-house, including design, project management and several trades. We had a single project manager (Josh Krone) throughout the project, and Josh was highly responsive and flexible. In fact, when we had the big storm in August, we lost power for a week, but it didn't stop Pennings. Josh brought generators to the project and the work went forward without missing a beat. It's hard to say how impressive that was. They also notified me of mistakes they made, including cracking a pane of glass that was so small it was almost impossible to see. Pennings and Sons did an outstanding job remodeling the main level of our home including the kitchen. From our initial meeting with Nate Smallcombe to design with Tami Caperton to project supervision by Brad Pennings, our experience was a \10.\ Every employee of Pennings and every subcontractor did a great job. The project was completed on time and we couldn't be more pleased with the final result.
We worked with Pennings & Sons on a large remodel of our home. Starting at the early design phases we were immediately impressed with their team and professionalism. Our project was approximately 4 months and the team did a great job to meet our needs and took the time and focus to make sure things were done right. They were always available for questions or conversation as needed and the finished product turned out fantastic.
