This business has gone down!!!! BEWARE the this store will not refund or take merchandise back even if you return it the next day. I returned to shop at this store after 21 years. I was shopping for bridal and was forced to purchase a couple of dresses. 1 was 100 and the other was over 300. Within 3 days I spoke with the owner (Linda) regarding the 100 dress purchase and wanting to return it because my colors were purple not burgundy. Linda informed me she was going to give me a in-store credit. I was not happy but if that is all she can do I will take it. The dress was a floor model dress. I went back to return the dress as promised and she refused to take the dress and give me a store credit as promised. This decision coasted her a good customer and I WILL NEVER shop at this store again. I use to shop at this store 21 years ago for my children. This store has changed and Linda must be hurting for money but please know IF YOU PURCHASE anything from this store no matter how soon you return it IT CAN NEVER BE RETURNED and she will not take it back. I don't know any store that does not take a purchase back within 3 days of purchase. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN... And she talks too much about other people's business to other customers. BEWARE of purchasing Items from this store. I just lost over 400 shopping at this store because she would not take unwanted dresses back as promised.
