Went to take passport size photo, waited for 45 min (they kept saying 2 min). Studio is not clean and very old like even the white background cloth must be 10 years old. Took photo and asked for soft copy. They said Rs.10 extra and they sent a copy where even the whatsapp photo clarity will be better than this. When asked they said Rs.50 extra 300 kb photo and for original pic I dunno how much extra they will charge. Even bigger and better studios charge the same but whats the difference between them and here! Left with disappointment.

They dont respect your time. They behave like they are the only studio in CBR. Had to wait for 4 hrs to get a soft copy.

I'm one of the regular customer to this studio, but nowadays they're doing filthy business, even charging for soft copies and it wasn't there before, after paying for soft copy they will give you low quality compressed image, it's useless you can't use it anywhere, so much noise when you see it in mobile. They will ask 200 rupees extra per copy for original file, simply they're doing robbery The way the reception guy (photographer brother) behaved made me angry to the core and thought of punching in his awful face. Not following proper delivery timing, they will not tell you the proper time and will make you to wait for extra 30 to 45minutes. THEY STARTED TO LOOSE THEIR CUSTOMERS. There are other studios who are badly looking for customers and treat you in a good manner.
