Good service provided by staff in short time period. Very helpful staff . They are follow covid safety points strictly . And a good one thing is there always strim marathi news channel abp majha. Keep it up team . Keep it up samsung.

The service center is supposed to give tokens for waiting time and the time should be displayed on the tv screens which are provided but they just take down the name, provide no tokens and have no proper management. The way staff talks is very inappropriate. Worst service center ever visited.

The staff are good, polite and trained. They can do better by keeping their personal chats to bare minimum. The customer deserves better attention and time.

Service Center should have checked the Repair before calling us to collect the Tab back. On receipt of it, we found more issues on it compared to what we had given the Tab for Service. We were asked to come back after four day to collect it again after more repairs. Took 10 days to get a Complaint resolved.

My experience is very nice. Met with one representative of Samsung Ms. Komal-(first counter ), she addressed my query and understood the concern properly. Very polite and cooperative towards customer query. Very nice experience. Highly recommended.

I had recently buy a sansubg m31 phone n facing charging issue in it, it takes more than 3 hours tp charge fully.. Customer care representative are saying it is normal.
