Worst service at Kalyan west location office. No respect for premium customers. When I ordered 20 parcels from my vendor, The branch owner asks me why do you order your parcels in so many quantities? Seems he doesn't require business. Even though he was supposed to home deliver the parcel, he always asks us to collect from their office, for which we are burdened extra costs. Branch Owner himself has no sense of talking with customer, what to expect from his staff. When I said, will ask my vendor not to send parcel from this courier, the Branch Owner says, he will be happy if I did not use his courier services, and just because my order quantity is huge.
