Worst surgical store, extremely bad behavior towards the customer...we got a plastic commode chair for our 95 years old grandmother. The quality of the chair was horrible. It had sharp edges on the lower side of the back and even the legs of the chair was weak. While selling, they didn't mention the product return policies in details. When we requested the shop owners to return the product only 3 hrs after purchasing and even without using, they refused to listen anything. They only mentioned that they don't take return of any items related to latrine and urine.
