Great atmosphere and many species of owls. They charge 700 yen for unlimited time, which is nice, but there isn't much to see after doing a few laps so I think it would be hard to stay for more than an hour.

Relatively basic Owl cafe affair. Place is kept clean, the owls are pretty chilled out. Souvenir shop filled with various Owl ornaments. If this screams fun to you then go ahead.- it'll be over in 10 mins.
It's quite and plenty of owls to see and allowed to touch. A pleasant experiece and friendly staff members. Animal safety is number one.
It’s kinda abusement... They can’t move at all Just standing on a stick all day, and night time they go back to the tiny cages...
