Recently tried out the Cafe during my hospital stay after having my 3rd baby. What a great option this is to have over hospital food. I ordered the deep roots bowl - fresh, flavorful, variety of texture and the dijon maple dressing was incredible. Highly recommend! This food fuels you and successfully makes you feel human again!

We stopped in at ahhYaY during a visit to Kamloops after looking for a quick but healthy place to grab a bit of a snack before our dinner plans. Right upon entry we were greeted by cheerful, smiling staff who were more than happy to help us choose from the wide variety of products on the menu. Since we arrived shortly before closing we ended up going with something from the neatly organized cool case full of freshly made selections. We ended up splitting the "walnut taco" (which is more like a generously stuffed buritto), a vegan Ceasar salad, and two different dessert bars. I tell you, whatever your preconceived notions might be about vegan or gluten free food...try this place out and your mind will be blown! Everything was soooooo good and soooo packed with flavour! On top of the amazing food the whole cafe is beautifully designed and is so bright, airy, and open feeling. There is a seperate glassed in area with a gorgeous "live wall" and some reading/study material. In the main cafe area there is a stunning water feature and, looking up the ceiling tiles, even those are works of art in themselves! The whole aeatethic even flows in to the bathrooms with the subtle vine-like pattern flowing from the floor on up to the walls (the bathrooms appear to reflect "water" and "earth" depending on which one you go in to). Highly recommend checking this place out and we'll for sure be back to try more delicious menu items next time we're in Kamloops!
Only the best ingredients prepared in the best way. Excellent vegan, vegetarian and vegan choices. Steak wrap is perfectly medium rare. Follow the parkade to the ground floor for free parking just outside their door.

WOW! Brand new business doing extraordinary things. The space is beautiful and calming. The menu is all made from scratch and super healthy. Staff are lovely as well. I’ll be back Update: Ordered catering for the hospital through Ahhyay and couldn’t be happier with the service. The food was fresh and tasty, and all of the clinical staff loved it!
I've been here multiple times and the customer service is amazing! When i was peegnant they were extremely helpful and after i gave birth they were still extremely helpful. They are friendly and make really good drinks. I've got no complaints, only good comments
This cafe did everything perfectly. We stopped here on our way to Whistler, and all four of us were beyond impressed. Firstly, their service is outstanding. The two ladies working behind the counter were super inviting and welcoming of our diet restrictions. Their menu offers a wide variety of salads, wraps, and delicious treats. They include a lot of gluten free and vegan options. I ordered a banana bread slice, and when she gave it to me, she included an extra one because she felt the slice was too small on its own - amazing! They use coffee cubes instead of ice cubes so your drink doesn’t get watered down, which is ingenious. They don’t include a tip option when paying by machine, and none of us carried cash, but we would have easily left them a 20 bill. Please give them your service and come visit this place!
I have left two Google reviews in my life, this being the second, because ahhYaY was an absolutely outstanding restaurant. The food was phenomenal, the staff was extremely friendly, and the prices were great. 11/10 would recommend. PS, it isn't actually inside the hospital despite what Google says.
