Have come ordering food many times through the mobile app in the evening. Upon arrival I spend 10 minutes in my car waiting for curb side pick up (only option aside from instore on app). Finally I decide to say screw it and drive around with them saying they were busy when I was only customer. Morning orders are great staff is on it and delightful to deal with I have my coffee in hand by time I pull up to the store. Evening staff need to take a lesson from morning staff.

Absolute sh&t show. Ordered 25 in food, they got it wrong. (didn't give us sweet fries) So we waited for them to cook the correct order. While waiting, I notified them they forgot to put seasoning salt on my onion rings. 5mins later they brought out the sweet fries and another order of rings, still no seasoning, and the lady was super rude. So I go back to the drive thru speaker, and explain that's there's no seasoning on the second order of rings. "there's a predetermined amount of seasoning that goes on rings," she snips at me.. (like predetermined to be zero? --i worked at A&W; I know.) So I ended up with a side of seasoning salt. TLDR: they screwed up, were rude, and I had to go thru the drivethru twice to get my order correct and I STILL had to season it myself. total time, 20 minutes.
Top notch service, delicious food. Very clean restaurant.
Sat in their parking lot did not enter the store, unsure how I should rate it lol.
