Ok service done and price was good
I take my fur babies here whenever needed, and I've never been disappointed! Kind staff, they explain everything clearly, and are wonderful to work with. My pets also like them, and are not as scared as they are with other clinics.
Drove all the way from Vernon with an anxious cat for his neuter, to be turned away at the door and told that all those services are cancelled due to covid. I did not receive a phone call/voicemail or an email saying this was cancelled. Very disappointing as I had took time off work to come.
I dropped my kitten off at 830 and got to pick him up at 2 from his neutering. He was doing very well and his incision site looked great. Very strait forward, friendly staff, and a good price. 5/5 for sure
