Independent store is a great store to shop. I am a frequent shopper there, and on one of my shopping days, I was not feeling very well and as I was getting ready to pay my bill, the young man told me; I had enough points for 30 savings, would I like to redeem points. It brightened up my day, because I thought I wouldn't have enough to do my laundry. But, I did after all. It pays to collect points. U never know when you really need something.

Great customer service, outstanding meat department staff always there to help. The meat is cut onsite not prepackage at some offsite facility allowing for custom cutting. The owner Jason never jacked prices held off sales or increased prices due to the the pandemic. Great job by a team of great people. Well done.

Today I went shopping after work. Specifically looking for meat. It was a pleasant surprise to see the meat department had plenty of inventory on hand. I really appreciated that, as is is difficult to get good deals after 5:30 pm, because of daytime shopper's cleaning out the inventory.

They make fried chicken, chicken tenders, chicken wings and sandwiches that are nothing short of amazing. The price is more than reasonable too. I also picked up some top sirloin steaks that were priced cheaper than hamburger and were resteraunt quality. I will be shopping here a lot more in future even though it's a lengthy drive. The store has great selection of quality items at fantastic prices.
