İ am giving this place a 1 rating due to a lack of customer service. I watched as two employees walked in the door 4 minutes until they open and completely ignored the senior citizen who is patiently waiting outside,as you will see in the picture, to give them his money and get insurance. Any reason they could not have offered him a seat for the four minutes or at least spoken to him and they walked past him? Shame on you.
These folks are great. Professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make a customer feel that they are receiving excellent service. I took my aunt there to do a huge amount of transfers and paperwork. It was an excellent experience. Thank you Nicki and crew for making a laborious situation as smooth as possible.
Call ahead of time. You know covit thing . I received a call back right away and drove straight there . Three minutes after arriving I had signed my paperwork and was back on my way. Good service.
By far the most pleasant insurance experience I have had. Was super quick and easy. Wish I’d come here sooner. Thank you!
