We have enjoyed Cora’s on MANY occasions. We choose to drive across town for breakfast to eat there... however, today we had our first bad experience. For a Friday morning (which is not our usual day or time we go there) it was relatively busy. The service was prompt and accurate. But that’s where the positives stopped. Our food was subpar to say the least. The potatoes (which is one of the items that we purposely choose them for) were the substitute potatoes... the ones they only serve when they run out of the usual ones. Totally fine, it happens. But they were so over cooked, they were basically crunchy all the way through or dry dust on the inside. We even overheard another table complaining about them. Our toast tasted stale and my crepe was so chewy and crunchy that it had creases where they folded it and I had to saw through it. It also jabbed me in the roof of the mouth when I tried to chew it. I asked apologetically, as I HATE complaining in restaurants, for it to be remade as it was really not enjoyable and it just seemed like maybe they overcooked it... but, the second one came and it was the exact same. When I mentioned this to our server she said she would let the kitchen know (which, as a former server, in my opinion should have been done the first time). We asked for our bill and they charged us full price for the meal that I had to send back once and then didn’t even finish after it had been remade. Needless to say it was a huge disappointment. We’ll likely go back, as one bad experience out of the many is obviously a fluke. But if this were to happen again I’d definitely be even less inclined to give it another go.

My first time at Cora’s and I enjoyed the food, the quality is better than IHOP and Denny’s. The service was friendly, and they have good covid measures in place. If passing through Kamloops, it’s not a bad place to stop.
Fair to decent service. Food was subpar and later made me ill. Had to sign in with the same pen for Covid measures with no disenfecting. Ew! Very disappointed in the Kamloops Cora's. Will not be going again.
I love Cora's! All 3 of us have food allergies. We each found at least one item on the menu we didn't have to change, then the waiter made it even better!
It was my mom's birthday brunch today. We had to wait for a bit. Some people don't know what the black lines on the sidewalk are for (physical distancing if you don't). Brunch was really good. The staff were doing their best even if the customers weren't. The food was good all the way around and we all enjoyed my mother's birthday brunch.
