Taylor McCarthy is one of the nicest, down to earth, honest Car Salesman I’ve dealt with in the history of buying cars. Due to the pandemic our businesses took a huge hit and I wanted to trade my 2019 Lexus for a More affordable vehicle. I didn’t end up trading it in because it’s not in my best interest at the time. He was honest and gave me great advice. I will definitely be back when the larger Broncos are available and will suggest him to anyone in the market for a Ford. Definitely ask for Taylor, he’s not your typical salesman that’s trying to make a sale no matter what. He really is compassionate and the real deal.

I am so very pleased with my purchase of my 2012 Ford Focus Titanium - looks good, works great -- beautiful little car - took a long trip right away and never had any problems. The Dearborn Ford staff were very accommodating and helpful. The salesperson, Ruth, went over and above making sure everything was just right for me and taking time to get acquainted and teaching me everything she could about driving my new car by showing me all of it's many features. I very much appreciated her taking the time to do this as she felt that it was very important for me to be comfortable and understanding my new vehicle before driving it off the lot. I purchased my second F150 as an \out of province\ customer specifically because a friend of mine recommended the salesman, Taylor. I was looking a specific colour and trim level and while they did not have one in stock, he went above and beyond my expectations and found me one. I was a little apprehensive having to do the purchase completely over the phone/email since I was not local but my Taylor made the process smooth and easy. He even went way out of his way to personally deliver me the truck. I was impressed at his knowledge of the technical aspects as I haul a large travel trailer so towing numbers are a big deal to me. Last week I needed to get my truck looked at for a warranty item and called Taylor for advice how to proceed. Even though it was over 1.5 years since I purchased from him he remembered me and helped coordinate the appointment with a local dealer closest to me. It was nice knowing the \after purchase\ customer service is just as great as the \pre purchase\ service. Taylor has definitely made me feel like an appreciated customer and I will certainly be back when the time comes to trade in for a newer F150!

I cannot express how enjoyable and easy Brendan made my experience! He answered all of questions, he was thoughtful and took a genuine interest in what I was looking for.
