Every time I come to stay they go above and beyond. I find that they have done an exceptional on adapting to the new ways of life with Covid. I don't even find myself thinking about it when I am there. They really have done a great job making sure you feel safe, comfortable, and also able to enjoy yourself and your stay. The food is AMAZING and the environment of the restaurant and lounge is beyond words. I highly recommend this for both business and pleasure. I have stayed for both occasions - and will be back again!

First time staying in Kamloops. Loved being right downtown. The hotel is fantastic! They’ve done an excellent job at our new Normal & have implemented everything to make guests feel safe during these crazy times. All the staff was very friendly, the room was spotless and the bed and pillows super cozy! We had the top floor and our view was really pretty. The rooftop pool area was beautiful & the gym was set up great. Only thing they could do to improve would be have an ashtray and a designated area for smokers. Thanks so much! We will definitely return in the future
It was a great room, but when you reserve, you are not told you have to pay to park, so count on paying 14 more per night to stay. Won’t stay here again, don’t like being surprised by extra costs. The answer by the hotel below is not true, it does not state that there is a 14 dollar charge when booking through google.
Nice, clean and modern hotel in good location. One of the best choices in Kamloops. The underground parking has low ceiling and our pick-up made it by 1/2 inch at the entry point.
Positives: The location is very good at the heart of the city center. Our room had view of the mountain (top floor). Bar and restaurant were beautiful. Good blinds, high-quality TV in the room. Comfy bed and pillows. Negatives: Parking was full and had 14 per night cost. The A/C did not have a fan speed control (it had On / Auto). We've asked for a late checkout (and it was the end of the long weekend) but they didn't let us stay longer.
Excellent experience, clean quality rooms. Shout out to Naman he was more than helpful. The delta is a great hotel and he made us feel welcome and appreciated.
Nice hotel in Central location. Room was well furnished with up to date bathroom fixtures. TV was modern (smart tv) so you can log in to your favorite Netflix or Prime video accounts. Friendly front desk staff.
I had a 5 day business trip to Kamloops. Covid precautions were excellent throughout the property - much appreciated. Staff was universally friendly, helpful and professional. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Would strongly recommend for stays in Kamloops.
