Have always had good experiences here but recently bought something quite expensive got home didn't work at all and was told I have to contact the company who makes it. I understand the no returns policy but I was sold something that did not work...I won't buy anything here anymore incase I'm sold another broken item \u200d️

This is the best store in town for Adult toys and fun products. Great selection and prices and awesome staff.
There's a pretty large selection of lingerie at this location, and the associates are friendly and helpful. I will visit again the next time I'm in Kamloops.
