I am a new client and just had two crowns done. I get a lot of anxiety with dental work but the staff and Dr.Dhaval were excellent and very kind, everyone is very personable and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The 3D technology is amazing to be able to complete crowns in one appointment is very convenient. Very easy to get an appointment unlike other clinics with long waits. They were great with billing, my last clinic had me contact my insurance myself and charged higher rates than my insurance covered, but Empire has standard rates, direct bills and explains everything, and even a discount for paying early up front. And the views are great. 5️
Dr. Admar is a great dentist! He is very kind and gave me all different treatment options with cost breakdown! Very helpful staff overall and excellent dental work!

I was looking for an emergency Kamloops dentist as my tooth broke unexpectadly , Empire Dental Kamloops took care of me in no time and got my crown put on in same appointment ! I have a bit of dental anxiety but Dr.Dhaval was very gentle and the assistant was checking on me time to time throughout my dental procedure to make sure I was comfortable.I would not go to any other Kamloops dentist than Empire dental!
They have checked off all the boxes! They were gentle with my fussy boys, they were experts at direct billing and breaking down and explaining benefits and bill. They have tablets and distractions for the kids, beautiful office..comfortable, everyone here is ridiculously kind. Also, we have always had booking issues with previous dentists but these guys fit us in all of the time!! Im very picky about Dentists and this office has exceeded our expectations and then some! I highly recommend them for families. Very impressed.
Best service and care that’s what keep making me come back to this place, my yesterday regular visit was very positive , hygiene was very well maintained, Megan did very excellent job took extra care and quality care , full attention was given , she is happy person. Doctor Dhaval is outstanding personality, took proper check up and gave caring advise , Hemi has full support and she will make sure you are covered , I will keep visiting as needed , great staff , best office view , and absolutely best in town , highly recommended to all gave 5 stars as they deserve .....
