I am so disappointed in this store, the lady who greeted me at the door should teach the rest of the staff inside how to give customer service, the staff makes you feel like you are intruding on them, they are rude! they must make good money in here because they could not help me and I wanted to spend money in there, I needed help finding material the young lady with the glasses looked down as I stopped to approach her I guess folding is your thing and not customer service, I made eye contact with another employee and again to busy folding to give a\ hello\ or \do you need help\ or \I will be right with you\, this is not the first time I felt like this in the store but today was so bad, I guess like most people these days I will order on line and have it sent to my doorstep with no attitude, don't want to support a store who acts like this

Outragous fabric pricing then slashes those prices showing a deep discount. However, the slashed price is the regular price of the quilting stores. It's no bargain at all.

Every time I come here the staff are very helpful and insightful. There is. Huge selection of fabrics for every kind of project. The biggest problem I face coming here is narrowing down my selection! The COVID protocols here require you wear a mask and direction of traffic is clearly marked out on the floor. Ensure you have a membership (and you have the card with you) when shopping here!

This review has nothing to do with this store, but the company in general. I don't deny mask use at all, but if I forget my mask, and it's a requirement to wear a mask, then a mask should be offered and provided. The excuse I was told was that the company is small and doesn't have money like Walmart or Costco. But yet, I've seen small business, non corporate business and locally owned shops still being able to provide a mask to customers. Yes these places aren't big corporation and still can provide for their patrons. Masks are needed when social distancing is not possible. This is a warehouse, with lots of space to avoid other people. What's also frustrating is there is no competition in town to go else where.

I'm fine with the mask requirement, even the MANDATORY use of hand sanitizer before entering the store, however, I was put off by the questions about what you were there for. Everyone in line was asked this, and given detailed instructions where to go. Perhaps this is to help people, but it just seemed like they don't want you loitering.
