I have to say that the hotel views were excellent despite the wet weather in summer! We Google map the location and the name change to four points had confused the GPS! Lol. A great stay. These were the views from the room window. Day and night. Visited a local Korean restaurant just about 300m away... The best... I mean the best Korean food I have had... Must do if you like this kind of food... Ask for Eric the waiter... He's the man! Top service... Exception eating
Room 329 - it is my first time staying in this hotel. The room has natural sunlight and appears clean and modern (except the carpeting). The reception is courteous and efficient. The gym is too small, stuffy, and does not have free weights. The bed is comfy, but I find the pillows too soft. One can hear the footsteps upstairs. Overall, good night sleep. I don't mind this hotel.
This hotel was just average. Elevator was clean enough and facilities were not well equipped (eg. gym and swimming pool). Treadmill had a broken belt it was a safety hazard. Swimming pool was out of order. Staff should really clean of fingerprints off the elevator. People take pandemic seriously everywhere we go. Staff booked us room 209 at the basement and there was no view. We didn't even like our room. Good thing, staff switched us to 306 instead and the view was fantastic. The hotel said rooms were full online, but they weren't fully booked when we went. Beds were comfortable. No microwave and no complimentary breakfast offered. Shower head was working fine. Hot water and the water pressure was strong. Shower felt very soothing because of the strong water pressure. Gas stations, 7/11, Rexall, dollarstore, liquor store and restaurants were closeby. Delta Hotel looked lot better to stay if I can afford it.
We had to wait in line for about 20 minutes upon arriving, and once we checked in we went up to the room and the keys did not work. We had to go back down to the lobby, wait in line again and get the keys activated. Once in the room the mini fridge was completely frozen inside so the cold air could not circulate. That aside the stay was nice, clean room, comfortable bed, and good selection of channels on the TV. Also a convenient location right off the highway.
Nasty hotel, room wasn’t cleaned, there were stains on the walls that look like dried pop. Also beware of BUGS!! Nasty centipede in the bathroom among other stuff. Go somewhere else
We had dinner is was delicious. We had steak. It was cooked to perfection. We had the churo donut for dessert. If i was not so full i would loved to had another.
This hotel is easy to get to and is within walking distance of a mall, a block up the street is a Tim Horton's. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The room, which was a king suite could use some TLC, the bathroom sink had a crack in it and the couch had stains on the cushions.
