Lovely staff, we asked for halal and they were happy to inform us what they had available. I was worried about cross contamination but they assured me everything is separate for this. The pizza was loaded and priced reasonably. 10/10 would recommend

First time ordering from here. Ordered the Cauliflower crust on both, and I was somewhat sceptical, as to what I would get. 100 percent satisfied with crust, amount of toppings and flavour. Now my new go-to pizza place. Great job
My daughter has celiac disease and based on my experiences so far this is the only place in Kamloops I trust to make a sincere effort to not to cross contaminate her pizza with gluten. They even gave us our own packaged cutter instead of using their own.
Skip the dishes messed up our order and refunded us but the store went above and beyond to make sure I was served very well when I went to buy and pick up the food myself. Great staff, location and most of all really good pizza. Keep it up!!
I got a coupon in the mail that says 3 medium 2 topping Pizza's for 20. I made my order for the medium Gluten Free crust due to my allergy. Employee had to call a Manager. Tells me manager cannot do the deal for Gluten Free. I have seen coupons in the past that say Gluten Free excluded, but It does not say that anywhere on this coupon. Never had issues with coupons in both Vernon and Kelowna. Fresh Slice in general is great so this is nothing against the food or the employees. But due to this experience at this location and it not making any sense why I was denied, I have to give 1 star. *Picture of coupon added to review*
