My Husband went in for a cut yesterday. I made an appointment 6 days before and they looked at us like we were walk in's then called him by the wrong name like he didn't have an appointment. His cut was less then 15 minutes and it's terrible! The woman that did it left long hairs on his head and left a patch in the back that's longer then the rest. Horrible customer service. Extremely unprofessional. He will never go back. I don't even want to give 1 star.

So good with kids. We have our 2yr old granddaughter's bangs trimmed regularly and never have a problem. She loves to go and see Shauna and Karen.
Terrible customer service and very unkind. Messed up my hair and then insisted I was the one in the wrong for how it looked. Very unimpressed. Went to another hair cutter to fix it.
It's a lil pricey for me, they did an okay job with my haircut
