I truly believe that we should prioritize our Mental Health as much as we do our Physical Health. Just like we have family doctors I believe we should all have a counsellor with regular Mental Health check ups. I have now been visiting Kelsey at Healing Spaces for over two years! She is amazing to work with. The clinic is very inviting and the team is amazing. I had great success with the EMDR therapy and am in a significantly better headspace thanks to Kelsey! I would highly recommend Healing Spaces & Kelsey Grimm.

This has a very promising professional atmosphere from a very attentive counselor who has the utmost knowledge, respect and professionalism for their clients. Highly recommended for anyone needing someplace good to discuss whatever needs to be helped. All in all, it's a good place to go.
