I got an awesome shop vac for my husband from IDA Supply in Kamloops. He loves it and now he vacuums the basement!!!! The staff at IDA were helpful and friendly and great to deal with.

Worst experience ever - quoted a price and then they didn't honor it. When I called about it, they didn't return my calls... numerous times. Go elsewhere - you may be quoted more but at least they will honor their quotation!
