My friend and I came in for a 'treat yourself' kind of day, and I am so excited about my purchase. They fitted you in a way that I had never seen before, but I felt very comfortable and the fitter never did anything without telling me first what she was going to do, which was very professional and reassuring. The fitter brought me back a bra to try on and it fit beautifully the first time. All the staff were very kind and professional, answered all of the questions that we had, and as the cherry on top they have a huge range of sizes. I'm so excited about my new bodysuit, and I know that if I am ever in the market for a new bra this will be my first stop. Honestly, this shop deserves 5/5 stars all round. Thank you so much! Best lingerie in Kamloops, I cannot recommend them enough.

I felt absolutely mistreated and feel like they don't know anything. I felt the way they measure is absolutely intrusive and wrong. I will never be going back again and I will be calling their head manager to discuss my feeling of how the measuring is done. If I could give less then 1 star I would.
